VEGAN PARMESAN FROM CASHEWS

Ingredients for 1 glass (approx. 250 ml)

  • 150 g cashews (unsalted)
  • 4-5 tbsp yeast flakes
  • Salt and garlic powder for seasoning

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture has the consistency of Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
  2. Place the finished mixture in a clean jar and store in the fridge.
TIP: The cheese will keep for up to 1 month as long as the jar is clean. So rinse again with hot water shortly beforehand and let it dry well!

VEGAN FETA FROM ALMONDS

Ingredients for 1 block

  1. 150 g almonds (unpeeled)
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 4 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. Salt & dried oregano
  6. 1 muslin cloth
