VEGAN PARMESAN FROM CASHEWS
Ingredients for 1 glass (approx. 250 ml)
- 150 g cashews (unsalted)
- 4-5 tbsp yeast flakes
- Salt and garlic powder for seasoning
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture has the consistency of Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
- Place the finished mixture in a clean jar and store in the fridge.

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt & dried oregano
- 1 muslin cloth
