PREPARATION

  1. Rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Then puree all the ingredients with a hand blender or a high-powered blender for about 3 – 4 minutes, the consistency should be about like curd. If it is too firm, you can add more cold water.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and season with some sweet paprika, salt and lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS

200 g cooked chickpeas

90 g ground almonds

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp high quality olive oil

2 tbsp very cold water

2 tbsp lemon juice

30 g tahini
