TIPS
So I spread the smoothie over 3 bottles so that I have some for the next two days. Fresh is even better, but that doesn’t always fit into my daily routine.
Besides, I take a tablespoon of omega-3 oil straight afterwards and then start my day.
PREPARATION
- Wash the apple, cut in half, do not remove the core and put everything in the blender.
- Wash and add the arugula.
- Halve the lemon, juice it and add the juice directly to the blender.
- add the water. Blend until everything is liquid and there are no more pieces.
- drink directly and fill the rest into two small glasses and store in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PORTIONS
approx. 150 g rocket
juice of one lemon
1 Boskoop apple
approx. 600 ml still water
