TIPS

So I spread the smoothie over 3 bottles so that I have some for the next two days. Fresh is even better, but that doesn’t always fit into my daily routine.

Besides, I take a tablespoon of omega-3 oil straight afterwards and then start my day.

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the apple, cut in half, do not remove the core and put everything in the blender.
  2. Wash and add the arugula.
  3. Halve the lemon, juice it and add the juice directly to the blender.
  4. add the water. Blend until everything is liquid and there are no more pieces.
  5. drink directly and fill the rest into two small glasses and store in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PORTIONS

approx. 150 g rocket

juice of one lemon

1 Boskoop apple

approx. 600 ml still water
