TIPS

The sauce tastes great as a salad dressing, but also over pasta, with quinoa, or whatever else you can think of.

PREPARATION

  1. Drain and rinse cashews.
  2. Add all ingredients into a high-power blender (e.g. a Vitamix) and blend until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  3. Season again until you reach the desired taste.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS

120 g raw cashews (soaked in water overnight, at least 3-4 hourse)

1 tsp white miso paste

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

125 ml water

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp olive oil

salt
