SOUP WITH PEAS AND MINT
Sprinkle the soup with a tablespoon of hulled hemp seeds. This provides you with valuable protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Put the peas and stock in a large pot and boil for 10 minutes.
- Put the peas and broth in the blender with the beans and mint and puree.
- Heat the soup again and season to taste.

400 ml vegetable stock
400 g cannellini beans
12 sprigs fresh mint
