TIPS

 Sprinkle the soup with a tablespoon of hulled hemp seeds. This provides you with valuable protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

PREPARATION

  1. Put the peas and stock in a large pot and boil for 10 minutes.

  2. Put the peas and broth in the blender with the beans and mint and puree.
  3. Heat the soup again and season to taste.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
 

200 g peas

400 ml vegetable stock

400 g cannellini beans

12 sprigs fresh mint
