HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

For this recipe you need about: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING

  • 220 ml plant-based milk
  • 80 g buckwheat semolina
  • 20 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 10 g fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 60 g blueberries

PREPARATION

  1. Heat up the milk, stir in the semolina and continue stirring until the semolina thickens.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients to the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the coconut flakes, berries and/or roasted nuts as toppings to the semolina.
