HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
For this recipe you need about: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING
- 220 ml plant-based milk
- 80 g buckwheat semolina
- 20 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 10 g fennel seeds
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 60 g blueberries
- Heat up the milk, stir in the semolina and continue stirring until the semolina thickens.
- Then add all the other ingredients to the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Now add the coconut flakes, berries and/or roasted nuts as toppings to the semolina.
