This is what the webinar is about:

What is it all about? Where does it come from? What does it mean for me? What do I do with it? Such questions can be constant companions of your own menopausal experience. In this interactive course we would like to support you in finding individual answers to these questions – through inputs from cognitive behavioural therapy. In these 60 minutes we will get to know the world of CBT together and explore proven techniques from it. Learn how to recognise and change negative thoughts and get practical tips that you can tailor to suit you. Our aim is to give you valuable input that is suitable for everyday life and that may accompany you on your individual path.

You can still watch the recording of the webinar (cost: 22 euros).
