Hello, I am Susanne Liedtke. I am a certified nutritionist and the founder of NOBODYTOLDME.

I’m here to show you how you can use a knife and fork to improve your hormonal balance. I’ll teach you in simple terms how your metabolism works and how certain foods may interact with your hormone metabolism.   The knowledge shared with you, is based on studies from nutrition research. In addition, the BODY RE:SET course has been further developed with gynecologist and complementary physician Dr. Christina Enzmann. The introductory course is currently still free of charge, because I want to enable as many women as possible to benefit from the program.
