I am the founder of NOBODYTOLDME. I would like to show you what strong leverage you yourself – with knife and fork – have in your hand to bring your body back into balance.

I studied at the University of Bonn Oecotrophology and I am an expert in nutrition, I am here to accompany you on the BODY RE:SET course.

WHAT IS BODY RE:SET?

1. LESS INSTEAD OF MORE

Over a period of only 21 days, you will learn to cut out disturbing influences: Alcohol, red meat, sugar, dairy, caffeine, gluten, fructose and environmental toxins.

2. STEP BY STEP

Instead of leaving out EVERYTHING all at once, this is a step-by-step approach that makes it easier. The basic principle is as follows: every 3 days you leave something out and keep it for the remaining days until the end of the three weeks.

3. TOGETHER INSTEAD OF ALONE

The original course takes place together with other interested women of different ages. And for some women, it is precisely this community that has helped them to stick with it.

DEVELOPED WITH AN EXPERIENCED GYNECOLOGIST

Dr. Christina Enzmann is a gynecologist and certified member of the North American Menopause Society. She completed her training at the renowned University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf – the UKE – and also worked there until she moved to the USA for family reasons. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Christina Enzmann has also continued her education in complementary medicine. Dr. Christina Enzmann advises NOBODYTOLDME in all medical matters.
